Where could I find Kinder Surprise Eggs in Los Angeles County?

I am looking for Kinder Surprise Eggs anywhere in the Los Angeles County area if someone knows of a place that sells them please let me know!

I heard they were illegal in the USA because the pieces are "a health hazard for young children." Who would be dumb enough to give the tiny toys to little kids without supervision? I know they are available in Europe (that is where I live) but I have never seen them in the states.
